Article 2 (Personal Information Collected)
The Company collects the minimum necessary information to provide the service:
- Required Items: Device identifiers (ADID/IDFA), service access logs, cookies, and language settings.
- Service Usage Data: Photo data uploaded or captured by the user for facial analysis.
Article 3 (Processing of Photo Data: On-device & Anonymization)
The Company prioritizes your privacy. Photo data is processed as follows:
- On-device Processing: In principle, photo data used for analysis is processed directly on the user's smartphone device and is immediately deleted from the device's memory once the analysis is complete.
- Anonymized Storage: With your explicit consent, the Company may extract and store only anonymized feature point data (non-identifiable) on our servers to train the AI model and improve service quality. The original photos themselves are never permanently stored on our servers.
Article 4 (Retention and Usage Period)
The Company retains personal information only while the user continues to use the service.
If the user deletes the app or requests account withdrawal, the Company will destroy the collected information without delay. However, anonymized statistical data may be stored permanently for service improvement purposes.

By using this service, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to the following:
- Not Medical Advice: The AI analysis results and nutritional prescriptions (e.g., recommendations for Potassium, Bromelain, etc.) provided by this service do not constitute professional medical diagnosis or treatment. This service is for general informational purposes only. Users with specific health conditions should consult a medical professional.
- Accuracy of Results: Due to the technical limitations of AI, errors may occur. The Company does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or reliability of the analysis. Final decisions based on the service are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Affiliate Link Disclaimer: Purchase links for affiliate products (e.g., Naver, Coupang, Amazon) are provided as part of our automated monetization system. Any disputes regarding quality, delivery, or refunds of products purchased through these links are between the vendor and the user. The Company assumes no legal liability for any damages related to such purchases.

The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties unless required by law or processed in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for statistical or academic research purposes.
